WHO WE AREOutfit Alchemy is a mobile application developed and operated by House of Alchemy LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. - Your name and email address when you create an account
- Photos of clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories you upload to your closet
- Style preferences, body confidence preferences, and occasion information you enter
- Notes and preferences you add to your Stylist Memory
- Outfit feedback you provide such as "love it," "like it," "not for me," or "never suggest"
- Purchase prices and other details you optionally add to closet itemsInformation collected automatically:
- Your approximate location, when you enable weather-based styling (we use this only to fetch local weather data and do not store your precise coordinates)
- Basic usage information such as which features you use and how often, collected through Sentry for crash monitoring and error tracking purposesHOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATIONWe use the information we collect to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Analyze your clothing photos using AI vision technology to categorize items in your closet
- Generate outfit recommendations based on your closet, preferences, weather, and occasion
- Personalize your experience over time using your outfit feedback, stylist memory, wear history, and style preferences so that recommendations improve the more you use the app
- Power the AI stylist chat feature, which uses your closet and saved preferences to give personalized styling advice
- Send transactional emails such as password reset requests
- Identify and fix bugs and errors in the app
- Improve the app over timeHOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATIONWe share your information only with the following service providers, strictly for the purpose of operating the app:
- OpenAI — processes clothing photos and powers outfit generation and stylist chat. Data is transmitted securely and is not used to train OpenAI's models under our current agreement.
- MongoDB — stores your account data, closet items, and outfit history securely in the cloud.
- Cloudinary — stores and delivers your clothing photos securely (when image migration is complete).
- Resend — delivers transactional emails such as password resets.
- OpenWeatherMap — receives your approximate location to return local weather data.
- Sentry — receives anonymized crash and error reports to help us fix bugs. Personal information such as your email address and photos are scrubbed before being sent to Sentry.
- Stripe — processes subscription payments. We do not store your payment card information.We do not currently sell your personal information to third parties. We may in the future offer opt-in programs that allow users to share anonymized style preference data with brand partners. Any such program will be clearly disclosed, require your explicit consent, and you will always have the right to decline or withdraw participation.YOUR PHOTOS AND PREFERENCESPhotos you upload are stored securely and used only to power your personal closet experience. We send your photos to OpenAI's API to analyze and categorize your clothing items. TERMS OF SERVICELast updated: July 21, 2026AGREEMENT TO TERMSThese Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Outfit Alchemy mobile application (the "App"), operated by House of Alchemy LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.ELIGIBILITYYou must be at least 13 years old to use Outfit Alchemy. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.YOUR ACCOUNTYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.YOUR CONTENTYou retain ownership of the photos and content you upload to your closet. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze it — including sending it to AI service providers such as OpenAI — solely to provide and improve the App's features for you. We do not use your photos to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is used.You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload photos or information that:
- You do not have the right to share
- Contains another person's identifiable image without their consent

Tap the + button on your Closet tab, then take a photo or choose one from your library. Our AI will automatically tag the item's category, color, and other details — just confirm or edit before saving.How does outfit generation work?
Tell us the occasion, your mood, and your location, and Outfit Alchemy builds a complete outfit using only items already in your closet — factoring in current weather and your personal style preferences.How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings, or through your Apple/Google app store subscription settings.How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data within 30 days.I forgot my password. What do I do?
